To the scenic vantage point at Torrenthorn

The ascent is made much easier if you take the Torrent ropeway to Rinderhütte situated at 2310 m.a.s.l. From the Torrenthorn hotel (2459 m.a.s.l.) the trail takes you along the western ridge and a narrow, permanently maintained and marked trail to the scenic summit. On account of the magnificent view of the surrounding area Torrenthorn is often called "Rigi of the Valais". You return on the same route to Rinderhütte, the upper terminal of the Torrent ropeway.
